Hi, I'm Angie!

Welcome to my blog.

Now listen, I am not a gearhead or car geek by any stretch of the imagination, but I am surrounded by them. For them, it is a passion. They are happy with dirty hands from working on a car grinning from ear to ear. They love to hear the roar of an engine and cherish the smell, look and the feel of the cars. I once heard that a gearheads spirit excites and inspires. From my personal experience, I find that statement to hold true. I am surrounded by the most talented guys at work and I am here to tell you that their excitement is truly inspiring.

I learn something new from them every day and you know what? Their excitement is contagious.

I was in the IT industry for 16 years and almost a year ago I decided to make a big career change over to the automotive industry and join the Auto Trim Design Team. Like anyone, I was scared at first. Mostly, because it would be a new learning curve in an entirely different industry. I am still learning, but what helps is knowing that I am surrounded by the best of the best the industry has to offer. These guys I work with, love what they do and do what they love. How many people can say that anymore? Not many. It’s pretty inspiring! They are passionate about their work and it shows!  Even if you are not a gearhead, like me…you must admit that the automotive technology of the future is a pretty fascinating subject. Plus, it is amazing to watch the work these guys do. Auto Trim Design has an entire team of geniuses behind the scenes who are experts in a little bit of everything. Although I may not be a gearhead, I do have the gift of gab. I love people and I love to share. With that said the goal of this blog is to be lighthearted, fun, informational, and showcase some of the work that we do around here.
